Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass,
it’s about learning how to dance in the rain.

(Re)discover who you are and be yourself. Through exercises in nature we will seek out your inner power and calm. We’ll work on developing your confidence and resilience, helping you weather the storms of life. You will learn how to dance in the rain.

Be yourself,

 through rain and storm

Method

We approach your thoughts and feelings with compassion and without judgement. I will guide you to discover who you are, what you need and which change is possible. Of course I will also guide you on the steps in the direction you want to go. Walking coaching provides insights and is results-driven.

Reviews

"Fien is an excellent listener. She pierces the chaos of disorganised thoughts and gets to the heart of what’s really bothering you."
Fien van Meurs
